How much does shipping cost?

Since we love you, we offer free shipping on as low of a minimum order amount as possible. We take care of your shipping costs on any order $50 or over.

Where do you ship, and how do I check the status of my order?

We currently ship within the US. You will get an email from us when your order has shipped that will have tracking.

How fast do I receive my product?

We want you to have your products as quickly as possible, so we pack up M-F orders within 24 hours. Orders place between 3:00 pm Friday and 9:00 am Monday, EST will go out within 24 hours of 9:00 am Monday.

Do you offer free shipping?

YES. We offer free shipping on all orders $50+. We think you deserve it.

What is your return / exchange policy?

If an item arrives to you already damaged, please take a photo and send us an email so that we can remedy for you. Please send this email within 7 days of the product's arrival. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the products we sell, we can not accept returns on used products.

How do I make changes to my order?

If you contact us at shortly after you place your order, we will do our best to accomodate changes. Please remember that we work hard to ship orders as quickly as possible so if we have already shipped your order we can not make any changes.
